These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of holiday homes at Hinstock Country Park. By purchasing a holiday home from us, you agree to abide by these terms, which form part of your purchase agreement and park rules.

1. Holiday Home Use

1.1 Holiday homes at Hinstock Country Park are for holiday and recreational use only and cannot be used as a permanent residence.
1.2 Owners may occupy their holiday home for leisure purposes throughout the open season as per the park’s site licence and local authority regulations.

2. Purchase and Payment Terms

2.1 All prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
2.2 A deposit is required to secure a specific holiday home. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Full payment must be made before ownership is transferred and before keys are handed over.
2.4 Finance may be available via third-party providers. Approval is subject to status and terms provided by the finance provider.

3. Part Exchange

3.1 We may accept tourers, motorhomes, or static caravans in part exchange, subject to inspection and valuation.
3.2 The final trade-in value is agreed upon at the time of purchase and deducted from the total price.

4. Siting and Handover

4.1 The price of the holiday home includes siting, connection to services, and any listed accessories or features, unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Handover will take place once all funds have cleared and any preparatory works have been completed.

5. Warranty and Aftercare

5.1 New holiday homes are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty.
5.2 Pre-owned homes are sold as seen, unless a separate written agreement is made.
5.3 Ongoing maintenance is the responsibility of the owner. We offer a range of aftercare services which can be discussed at time of purchase.

6. Park Rules

6.1 All owners must comply with Hinstock Country Park’s Park Rules, which are available on request and form part of your agreement.
6.2 We reserve the right to amend park rules to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and upkeep of the park.

7. Annual Fees and Running Costs

7.1 Annual pitch fees, utilities, insurance, and any other applicable running costs are the responsibility of the owner.
7.2 A breakdown of expected fees will be provided prior to purchase.

8. Pets

8.1 Well-behaved dogs and pets are welcome but must be kept under control at all times.
8.2 Pet ownership is subject to park rules and may be reviewed if nuisance behaviour is reported.

9. Resale and Transfer

9.1 Should you wish to sell your holiday home, this must be done in accordance with park policy.
9.2 We offer resale support, but all private sales must be approved by park management.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Hinstock Country Park accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
10.2 Owners are responsible for insuring their holiday home and contents.
